Introducing Dr. Mark Sederberg

Doctor Mark Sederberg grew up in Orem, Utah. He graduated from Brigham Young University, then attended medical school at the University of North Texas. He completed residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Washington, and a Sports Medicine fellowship at the University of Utah. He has received specialized training in diagnostic neuro-musculoskeletal ultrasound, ultrasound-guided procedures, EMGs, nerve ablation (RFA) of the spine, knee, and shoulder, and interventional spine procedures. He enjoys helping people stay active no matter how ambitious or humble their activity goals. Dr. Sederberg has provided sports medicine treatment and/or coverage for the University of Utah, University of Washington, Utah Jazz, Seattle Marathon, SLCC, Snowbird Ski clinic, and many adaptive sports teams.

When he’s not working at the clinics in Lehi or Saratoga Springs, Dr. Sederberg’s natural habitat is playing with his family, preferably outside. He loves most sports, including running, tennis, triathlons, skiing, basketball, hiking and has even dabbled in pickleball. He enjoys travel with his wife and three children and has a goal to visit every state park in Utah, and eventually each national park in the USA.
